Made using the traditional French methods with  Adelaide Hills Cows milk and extra cream added, Patrice Triple Cream Brie is ultra creamy, full of flavour and "unbrielievably" decadent.

This is a cheese lovers cheese,  with a wonderfully balanced palate of initial sweetness, rolling into a rich, smooth, silky cheese with a luxurious and lingering finish which is irresistible. It can be eaten young, or matured for a few weeks for depth of flavour.
